Cancellation Policy:

Based on this policy, we will refund the full value of the order within a maximum of 15 working days, depending on the customer"s chosen payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, bank transfer, etc.), or we can store it as credit for future use if the customer prefers.
Return and Exchange Policy:
We take responsibility for the shipping costs of a replacement product in case an error is confirmed and identified by our team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges after the product has been received unless a manufacturing defect or error has been proven.
